Clancy have recently completed the extension and fit-out works of a food processing facility for Glenhaven Foods in Arklow, Co. Wicklow.
Work commenced in April 2018 on this development and was completed over 3 phases, which involved keeping the production facility live & uninterrupted for the project duration. The works include refurbishment & alterations to the existing warehouse & manufacturing facility., offices and new a 2-storey extension to the front of the existing cold-stores including the addition of new dock-levellers & loading bays.
Utilising BIM and some of our more recent technological advances such as point cloud scanning and BIM 360 Field throughout the project added value for our client while creating lean efficiencies for our team.
