The rigorous audit process looked at key areas across the business to include, Human resource systems and employee wellbeing, Business planning and continuous improvement, Communication and Collaboration, Leadership and People Management & Learning and Development. This is a further acknowledgement of the business strategy, overall employee culture and testament to Clancy’s core values which are engrained in everything we do across the operation.
