Tallaght Innovation Centre nominated as Finalist for ICE Awards 2024

Clancy are delighted to announce that the Tallaght Innovation Centre has been selected as a finalist by the ICE Awards Judges for this year’s awards ceremony.

The new ‘Work IQ’ Innovation Centre has been picked as one of the three nominees in the Commercial section under projects up to €20 million sponsored by SIKA Ireland. On the night, we will come up against projects from MJ Conroy Construction and Summerhill Construction Ltd.

The Tallaght Innovation Centre is a new landmark building for Tallaght Town Centre, under the procurement of South Dublin County Council. It sits at the head of a new park / urban plaza on lands north of Belgard Road North and provides a civic focus for this area, that will be developed in other lots to include housing and a school. This contract also includes the construction of a new link road to the north of the proposed building.

The Tallaght Innovation Centre is an exciting new initiative aimed at bringing start-up companies to the area by providing office space of differing scales that can be rented for a fixed period of time.

The ICE Awards Gala Event ‘Construction’s Big Night Out’ will be held on Friday 24th May in The Convention Centre Dublin.
