Clancy Shortlisted in Four Categories at the Irish Construction Excellence Awards 2026

Clancy is proud to announce that we have been shortlisted as finalists in four categories at the Irish Construction Excellence (ICE) Awards 2026, following a highly competitive process that saw a record number of entries submitted from across the industry. The ICE Awards are widely recognised as one of the most prestigious benchmarks of excellence within the Irish construction sector, celebrating projects and teams that demonstrate outstanding performance in quality, innovation, collaboration and delivery.

This year, Clancy has been recognised across a diverse range of project types, reflecting the breadth of our expertise and the strength of the partnerships we build with our clients and collaborators.

Our finalist projects are:

  • Healthcare Project – University Hospital Limerick
  • Fit Out Project – Mount Carmel
  • Residential Project – Ronald McDonald House
  • Innovation in Construction – Empowering MMC and Collaborative Construction through Main Contractor Led Digital Integration

Being recognised across healthcare infrastructure, refurbishment, residential delivery and industry innovation is a significant achievement for our teams. Each of these projects represents a strong example of the collaborative approach that underpins our work at Clancy — bringing together clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams to deliver high quality outcomes that provide long term value for communities and stakeholders.

The shortlisted projects also highlight Clancy’s continued focus on innovation and modern methods of construction, particularly through the integration of digital tools, collaborative workflows and emerging construction technologies. Our innovation entry, centred on main contractor led digital integration to support MMC and collaborative construction, demonstrates how structured digital coordination can improve efficiency, communication and project delivery across complex construction environments.

Reaching the finalist stage is a significant milestone and reflects the commitment, expertise and professionalism of the many people involved in delivering these projects. We would like to extend a special acknowledgement to our project teams, supply chain partners, design teams and clients whose collaboration and shared ambition made these achievements possible.

Clancy now looks forward to the judges’ interviews in the next stage of the awards process and to joining industry colleagues at the ICE Awards Gala Event at the Convention Centre Dublin on 28th May, where the winners will be announced.

Congratulations to all of this year’s finalists, and best of luck to everyone involved.
