Clancy is proud to celebrate a fantastic sporting achievement, with the Clancy/Clantech team crowned Munster Intermediate Inter-Firm Hurling Champions following an impressive victory over Clare Construction in the University of Limerick.
In a highly competitive and entertaining final, the team secured a decisive 6-11 to 2-15 win, showcasing resilience, determination and exceptional teamwork throughout. After trailing by three points, Clancy/Clantech delivered an outstanding second half performance, to come away with an 8 point victory.
The comeback was driven by a series of standout performances, including a superb hat-trick from Mike Kearns, two goals from Seamus Callanan and a well taken score from Maidhc Fitzpatrick. Their contributions, combined with a strong collective effort across the panel, proved decisive in securing the Munster title.

Winning the Munster title marks a significant milestone, and the team now looks ahead to the All-Ireland Intermediate Semi-Final, where they will face Irish Rail TDU (Laois). With momentum firmly on their side, the focus now turns to building on this success and continuing their impressive run.
Clancy congratulates all players and supporters involved in this achievement and looks forward to following the team’s progress in the next stage of the competition.
