Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental System Management

Clancy maintains an NSAI-accredited Integrated Management System (IMS) that aligns processes, procedures, and objectives across our management systems for health and safety, environmental, and quality, streamlining operations, eliminating duplicative efforts, and optimising resource allocation.

We uphold the highest industry standards in health and safety systems, prioritising the well-being of our clients, staff, and workers. Proudly Safe-T Grade A certified, and certified in ISO 45001:2018, our health and safety systems and controls provide clients with confidence of our commitment to excellence in health and safety management. From daily to annual assessments, we continually monitor our health and safety performance to promptly identify and address issues as they arise. Aligning with best-in-industry practise, we invest in training of our staff and engagement with subcontractors to continually improve our health and safety performance and supporting systems across the business.

We are certified to ISO14001:2015 for our environmental management system, which demonstrated the effectiveness or our systems in ensuring that our environmental aspects are identified and managed responsibly. Related, we have an established and published Sustainability project which goes further to ensure our environmental aspirations beyond statutory requirements. Our Integrated Management System (IMS) plays a crucial role in supporting these efforts. We are actively working towards achieving ISO 50001 Energy Management certification, aiming to seamlessly integrate this system into our existing IMS.

The execution of all our projects is rooted in upholding the highest standards of quality. Our ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system ensures customer focus, leadership, engagement of people, process approach, improvement, evidence-based decisions and effective relationship management for the client.

A robust internal auditing system and defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) enable comprehensive monitoring of project and internal system performance. This ensures informed decision-making and fosters a culture of continuous improvement across the organization, for the ultimate benefit of the client.
