Anner Hotel

This development entailed the construction of a 18m pool, gym & treatment area. Sauna, Steam-room & Jacuzzi were also constructed. Standard blockwork construction with RC columns and beams. The project also included a new 40 bedroom block, 24 bedroom block and a 32 bedroom block. The project was completed within the hotel grounds while the hotel remained open for business at all times which was next to a live occupied building so traffic management and noise\dust control were important requirements and these were satisfactorily managed.
