APC Cherrywood

Cherrywood Business Park is now home to many technology and IT enterprises. APC are a leading player in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. The fit out consisted of three phases over two levels which included all the stairwells and lift lobbies in four separate stair cores over six floors with two basement levels. Both basements were lined out for parking and received a complete permanent lighting installation. In addition to these works, the tenant fit-out of the third floor included office, main reception, laboratory, canteen and bathroom, all extensively serviced.
