Construction of Hotel and Resort

This project involved the construction of a new 40 bed hotel, a golf clubhouse, a spa and leisure centre and 45 holiday lodges. The construction was traditional load bearing block work with monocouche render finish externally, precast concrete floor with a composite panel tile effect roof. The contract was completed within 13 months.
