Belvedere College

This project included a new classroom block of part 5, part 6 storeys to Temple Street and Graham Court. Street/ground level includes the existing substation and the existing ramp to the basement car park. The new classroom areas are c. 3,074 sq. m. The new building is 24.85 metres high to top of plant room. Also constructed was a link through within the chapel vestibule, providing access from the new classroom block to existing buildings and the central internal courtyard.
