The project consisted of a part single-storey/part two storey Advanced Technology Building including office facilities and associated parking, landscaping, signage and boundary treatment at Waterford Business & Technology Park, Butlerstown, Waterford for IDA Ireland. It was designed to provide high quality accommodation to FDI clients. The Irish Construction Excellence (ICE) Awards also recognised the calibre of the project after it was shortlisted it in two different categories. Clancy Construction still stand as finalists in the Industrial Project Under €10million and BIM Excellence categories after the awards ceremony was postponed in March as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic.
This project was valued at €5.2 million. There were 0 accidents/incidents reported on site and 96% Average Safety Monthly Audit Achieved.
