The Roche Building at Mercy University Hospital was a €22 million project including 30 beds across 2 wards and 2 new state-of-the-art Operating Theatres.
The project was completed over a live service yard without any compromises or restrictions to their life savings services. The team combined traditional construction, piling, concrete formwork and structural steel with offsite modern methods of construction, precast and twin-well concrete and light gauge steel.
