Clancy delivered a landmark 153 home residential development on a 13-acre site in Mayfield, Cork City in partnership with Cork City Council and Clúid Housing. The scheme comprises a balanced mix of 116-two-and-three-bedroom houses and 37 apartments, designed to provide high quality, affordable homes within a thoughtfully planned community setting. Supported by infrastructure investment through the Government’s Serviced Site Fund, the project included significant upgrades to local roads, drainage and essential services, enabling the efficient delivery of much needed housing in a growing urban area. The completed development enhances connectivity, accessibility and liveability while contributing to the creation of a sustainable and inclusive neighbourhood.
