”Our Clancy Management Meeting is a meeting where we bring all management and key administration staff to an annual meeting where we outline how the business is doing, what our strategy are and seek feedback from all present on where we can improve the business. The meeting is also very much a social event where all those present bring their wife/husbands/partners for a sit down meal that evening followed by a function and overnight stay, all paid for by the company. The Jack Quinn Site Manager Memorial Award is a recognition and an appreciation for a Site Managers commitment to company policies including safety, quality, budget and time constraints.
