The Rubrics Building is a 1715m², 4-storey building on Trinity College campus. Fronting onto Library Square and with New Square to the rear, the Rubrics Building is the oldest building on the campus and dates from circa 1699.

Clancy undertook the refurbishment of the entire 4 storeys to provide residential apartment accommodation and ancillary study. The project involved the conservation of the protected structure and the delivery of 22 studio residential units and 36 student bedrooms.
