Waterford Health Park

The listed building now accommodates 50 Health care professionals with facilities that include a gymnasium and a substantial pharmacy. In order to incorporate a new state of the art medical facility and ensure the new extension would blend with the existing listed building, significant work went into the design, construction and maintenance of original features. The building was short listed for the prestigious award of World’s best building a the World Architecture Awards 2010 in Barcelona, where it was awarded 3^rd place.
