Waterford Regional Hospital

This project consisted of the extension, refurbishment and fit out of the existing Emergency Department and Neonatal Suite. The works comprised of a three storey extension, which is 3,166m² in area and a three storey extension in another area of 500m² which was in a very confined enclosed courtyard. Other works included the refurbishment of the existing Emergency Department and Neonatal Suite. The refurbishment of the existing hospital was 1,500m². There was also extensive drainage and services installed. Due to the complexity of the works the project was carried out over 10 phases.
