This development entailed the construction of a 25m pool & kiddies pool, treatment area, gym, indoor sports hall, out door playing pitch to include 1 full size F.A.I all weather soccer pitch, 3 smaller pitches & two tennis courts. The construction consist of concrete piles, ground beams, concrete floors with a mixture of portal frame construction and standard blockwork, external finishes, glazing, zinc and knap plaster.

Other constraints included specialist foundation design to overcome the complications of the site.

This project was built on top of an old land fill. All excavated material remained on site.
